    La conceptualización del turismo sigue aún generando controversias, en virtud de las múltiples y variadas interpretaciones que se le ha dado a este fenómeno, las cuales tienen su origen, unas, en las definiciones y conceptos brindados en las diferentes disciplinas para las cuales el turismo constituye un campo particular de estudio, y otras, fundadas en los puntos de vista de ciertas corrientes de pensamiento que lo definen en función de los principios ideológicos y filosóficos en los cuales se sustentan. | The conceptualization of tourism continues to generate controversies, by virtue of the multiple and varied interpretations that have been given to this phenomenon, which have their origin, some, in the definitions and concepts provided in the different disciplines for which tourism constitutes a particular field of study, and others, based on the points of view of certain currents of thought that define it based on the ideological and philosophical principles on which they are based.
