    Ansiedad escolar en adolescentes de secundaria

    El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad explorar que papel desempeña la ansiedad escolar en adolescentes de una unidad educativa de la ciudad de Sucre - Bolivia. Se trata de un estudio cuantitativo de tipo correlacional, descriptivo y exploratorio. La muestra esta constituida por 187 adolescentes entre 14 y 18 años de edad, todos ellos estudiantes del Colegio Boliviano Alemán. La ansiedad escolar y sus respectivas dimensiones (factores situacionales y respuestas de ansiedad) se evaluaron con el inventario de ansiedad escolar IAES (García - Fernández e Inglés, 2001). Los resultados de la presente investigación señalan que prevalecen los niveles medios de ansiedad escolar en estos adolescentes | The purpose of this paper is to explore the role played by school anxiety in adolescents in an educational unit in the city of Sucre - Bolivia. It is a quantitative study of correlational, descriptive and exploratory type. The sample is made up of 187 adolescents between 14 and 18 years old, all of them students of the Colegio Boliviano Alemán. School anxiety and its respective dimensions (situational factors and anxiety responses) were evaluated with the IAES school anxiety inventory (García - Fernández and English, 2001).
