    El presente estudio tiene como objetivo final proponer un diseño de un modelo de medición de la calidad del servicio en universidades privadas. Caso Universidad Privada del Valle Sub Sede Sucre, basándose en información obtenida de la Universidad, de sus estudiantes, de la infraestructura y del plantel docente administrativo.
