    The Ascending Order about NA Series Partial Sum

    In this paper, we give out the best estimation of the ascending order about not-identity distribution NA series partial sum without random boundary or moment's comsistent doundary,and also give out the sufficient and mecessary condition of NA series obeying Kolmogorov strong large law. Finally, we discuss the same problem about general random variable series
