    The boarding in chronic condition of health has showed the weakness that we possess in relating to the moment moments in the voyage for the life, to patients that since till now they have never allowed me to feel it fragile that we are. And it is in travelling this one as student of infirmary, where the theoretical, scientific and practical bases have been necessary to offer a care dignified to the human being. Every instant is to know more internally the major adult in his chronic condition and to share with him moments of happiness, sadness and desolation, which at the end of the process they are more life experiences of the life. The aim of the present article is to present the experience with some major chronic adults of a nurse during his student’s stage, which gave to him the opportunity to need the terms care.
