    La dignidad humana, como condición suprema, prescribe una serie de derechos fundamentales, inalienables e imprescriptibles en beneficio de toda persona, los cuales son llamados “derechos humanos”, que, además, hacen que todos los seres humanos tengamos una igualdad esencial, prescindiendo de la diferente condición social, económica o cultural en que nos encontremos dentro de la vida comunitaria. | Human dignity, as a supreme condition, prescribes a series of fundamental, inalienable and imprescriptible rights for the benefit of every person, which are called "human rights", which, in addition, mean that all human beings have essential equality, regardless of the different social, economic or cultural condition in which we find ourselves within community life.
