    The purpose of this article is to ponder upon the phenomenon of legal interpretation. For this reason, numerous theoretical perspectives are established among the theoreticians of law taking into account the perspectives of nature legality and legal positivism thinking, starting from the constructivist theories, by passed by Hart and Dworkin, to the deductive theories held by Habermas and Alexy , as well as Kelsen, among others. All of them nourish the hermeneutic discourse with new notions of interpretation, as new paradigms of legal interpretations.
