    Spanish Abstract: Este numero sobre la mujer ejecutiva en America Latina contiene los resultados de investigaciones en tres paises: Mexico, Colombia y Espana. Un ensayo introductorio trata sobre las posibles razones para que no haya mas mujeres en la cima corporativa; otro estudia la influencia positiva que podria tener enmarcar el tema del genero en los programas de responsabilidad social. Se presenta un estudio de un caso de Costa Rica y dos minicasos internacionales. English Abstract: This number about executive women in Latin America presents research results from three countries: Mexico, Colombia and Spain. An introductory essay deals with the possible reasons that explain why there are not many more women at the top of the corporation and another one contributes some conclusions about the positive impact that dealing with the gender issue within corporate responsibility would have. A case that takes place in Costa Rica is included as well as two mini-cases within the international realm.
