    Indigenous communities' ancestral wisdom are deeply connected to medicine, agriculture-based food and seeds, ancestral languages, caregiving practices, protection of territories, environmental stewardship, and self-education. These aspects are crucial as they enable the preservation of ancestral practices, customs, and traditions that endure through generations. This analysis aims to explore the significance of knowledge and the promotion of its recovery and reevaluation. This article reviews Good Living, known as "Kiwe Thegnas" in the Nasa Yuwe language, which serves as the cornerstone of life, community, and the collective life plan rooted in the cosmogony of the Nasa people. Good Living Nasa emerges from Nasa worldview and territory, roots, historical awareness, memory, and ancestry.
