Item type: Item , Tips for Successful Double-Bundle Posterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction(Elsevier BV, 2025) Alexander P. Decilveo; Neil R. Patel; Nils Calderón Tejerina; Joseph N. Liu; Bruce A. Levy; George F. Rick HatchPosterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injuries are a relatively common knee injury that can occur in isolation but are more commonly associated with multiligamentous knee injuries. PCL reconstruction is a technically challenging and complex orthopaedic procedure. Improper reconstruction techniques may result in significant complications, including residual instability, graft failure, and damage to adjacent neurovascular structures. Several strategies can be implemented to obtain improved outcomes while mitigating complications, including techniques for optimizing arthroscopic visualization, graft preparation/tensioning, tunnel positioning, and postoperative rehabilitation. This Technical Note outlines our tips for successful double-bundle PCL reconstruction.Item type: Item , Tips for Successful Posterolateral Corner Reconstruction Using a Single Looped Construct(Elsevier BV, 2025) Alexander P. Decilveo; Neil R. Patel; Allison Ariniello; Nils Calderón Tejerina; Joseph N. Liu; Bruce A. Levy; George F. Rick HatchSeveral methods for posterolateral corner reconstruction (PLC-R) exist, both anatomic and nonanatomic. We present our PLC-R using a modified LaPrade technique. In our technique, a single continuous graft is used for all fixation points with the addition of an anterolateral ligament reconstruction and suture tape for anterolateral capsule reinforcement. In this technical note, tips for successful PLC-R are described in detail using this single continuous looped construct.
