    NEUROCOACHING UNA ESTRATEGIA PARA EL DESARROLLO DE LAS HABILIDADES BLANDAS

    El presente documento pretende proporcionar un acercamiento conceptual y una reflexión sobre el concepto de neurocoaching haciendo énfasis y referencia en los dos principales campos de conocimiento que forman parte de ella y que permiten el desarrollo de las habilidades blandas. Metodológicamente se tipificó como documental, bajo un diseño bibliográfico puro, haciendo uso de las diferentes teorí­as de autores a nivel mundial y de revistas especializadas, con lo cual se estructuró la información para su análisis. En la revisión se pudo demostrar que el neurocoaching pretende generar una transformación en la persona, permitiendo potenciar las habilidades blandas que mejoran las interacciones y el desempeño laboral.Palabras clave: neurocoaching, habilidades blandas, interacciones, desempeño laboral AbstractThis document aims to provide a conceptual approach and a reflection on the concept of neurocoaching, emphasizing and referring to the two main fields of knowledge that are part of it and that allow the development of soft skills. Methodologically, it was typified as documentary, under a pure bibliographic design, making use of the different theories of authors worldwide and specialized magazines, with which the information was structured for analysis. In the review it was possible to show that neurocoaching aims to generate a transformation in the person, allowing to enhance soft skills that improve interactions and work performance.Key words: neurocoaching, soft skills, interactions, job performance
