    Las industrias sensibles del Departamento de Nariño

    ^les^aEl presente articulo pone de manifiesto el dilema que tiene el departamento de Narino en materia de su desarrollo rural con enfoque territorial: se debe escoger entre una apuesta regional por la competitividad convencional-exogena, esto es, la industrializacion del potencial rural exportable que aqui se denomina agroindustria inclusiva , y la apuesta regional por un desarrollo alternativo-endogeno que salvaguarde los modos ancestrales del bienvivir rural, lo que nombramos como agroecologia incluyente . Frente a esta coyuntura, el Nudo-Tanque de Pensamiento El vuelo del colibri de la Fundacion CreActividad con sede en la ciudad de Pasto, llevo a la practica una experiencia pionera de desarrollo locoglobocional , correspondiente al hallazgo de un horizonte comun para Narino que enlaza las dos opciones mencionadas mediante las denominadas industrias sensibles que obedecen a los procesos de Paradigma-Region y Vocacion-Region en este departamento colombiano^len^aThe present article tries to reveal the dilemma that Narino's Department has as for the rural development with territorial approach, before the decision to choose between the regional bet for a kind of conventional-exogenous competitiveness (industrialization of the rural exportable potential) here known as inclusive agroindustry and the regional bet for an alternate-endogenous development (ancient conservation of the manners of rural life of well-being) here known like agroecology-enclosingly .
