Las APP conjugan la indispensable colaboración entre el sector público y el privado. APPs constitute an alternative to other modalities of administrative contracts that are more aggressive, such as those that belong to the privatization periods. In this line, APPs conjugate the indispensable collaboration between the public and the private sectors.
