    Una mirada interna al proceso de calidad de los programas educativos en el Centro Universitario del Norte

    Nowadays, the diferent processes that seek, promote and preserve quality within public and private institutions in Mexico have had acceptance and recognition, since, on the one hand, it shows the community the approach and the grade of quality that it maintains, the results of their work and, on the other hand, generates an analysis of the current situation of the evaluated, as well as signifying, by complying with these desirable standards, the obtaining of\nextraordinary resources.The University Center of the North (CUNORTE) has taken as institutional challenge, achieve the accreditation of the largest number of study programs, improving their results, where quality is refected. In this paper we capture the experiences of the evaluation process to measure the quality of the institution and the CUNORTE Accounting and Administration programs. For this, initially, we rescue the theoretical references and the basic concepts; next, we identify the organizations that are dedicated to this activity in Mexico, especially CACECA (accreditation body for administrative, accounting and related sciences); We continue, commenting on the evaluation process for the assurance of the quality of CUNORTE’s educational programs, from an internal perspective, that is, as\npart of the team responsible for the integration of evidences; and fnally, we ofer a proposal of the evaluation processes that seek accreditation and the scope of the best quality indicators of their programs.
