Función paterna: perspectivas educativas

The following paper is an effort to link the parental function and the educational aspects from a study done by the author. The research consisted on applying psycho-educational strategies to two groups of teachers aiming to inform and generate attitude changes regarding the paternal function. The results prove important changes on the information level and the paternal function; revalorization of paternity and the masculine; clarification of the role of the mother, the significant adults, the teacher and educational institutions in the exercise of the parental function, among others.
Implicaciones psicológicas de la actual crisis venezolana

This article aims to describe and analyze some psychological implications of the Venezuelan crisis. Initially, the topic is briefly contextualized within a general framework. It then goes on to define and characterize psychological narcissism from the perspective of psychoanalysis. Next, certain unconscious psychological causes of the Venezuelan crisis and its effects on the individual and social spheres are exposed. Subsequently, some psychosocial consequences of the crisis are outlined. Finally, suggestions are made, in the social and personal-family orders, to address and alleviate the crisis, taking into account the impact of the pandemic.
Narcisismo, función paterna y sociedad. Consideraciones en el caso venezolano

La Funcion Paterna y el Narcisismo constituyen construcciones teoricas relevantes dentro de la Psicologia actual que intentan explicar una serie de procesos psicologicos y fenomenos socioculturales asociados a la constitucion del sujeto humano, su identidad, relaciones psicosociales y trastornos psicopatologicos. En el presente trabajo, con el apoyo fundamental de la teoria Psicoanalitica, se abordan los dos constructos aludidos para dar cuenta de sus conexiones e interacciones. Las omisiones, fracturas y distorsiones de la Funcion Paterna puede apuntalar el desarrollo de organizaciones psiquicas narcisistas insanas que van desde las que generan desajustes leves, pasando por las llamadas patologia limites y del acto, hasta los trastornos de tipo psicotico. A su vez las estructuraciones narcisistas limitan y trastocan el ejercicio adecuado de la Funcion Paterna. A partir de estas Inter-relaciones se exponen algunas implicaciones psicosociales manifestadas dentro de los ambitos familiares, institucionales y politicos. Considerations in the Venezuelan case The father function and narcissism are important theoretical constructs in modern psychology that attempt to explain a number of psychological processes and socio-cultural phenomena connected with human development, identity, psychosocial relations and psychopathological disorders. Making extensive use of psychoanalytic theory, the present work approaches the constructs mentioned above to explain their connections. omissions, discontinuities and distortions of the father function may lead to the development of unhealthy narcissistic mental conditions, going from minor maladjustments, passing trough so-called borderline psychopathology to psychotic disorders. In turn, narcissistic structures restrict and alter the normal play of the function. On the basis of these inter-relations, there follows a discussion of some of the psychosocial implications that occur in the family, institutional and political environment.
