    Goldenhar syndrome is a congenital alteration pathology ofthe first and second gill arch, without precise etiology, is thesecond most common malformation after the cleft lip palate.In an incidence of 1:50,000 live births in a ratio of 3:2 (male:female) is also attributed to drugs, alcohol or diabetes duringpregnancy; alterations in craniofacial development and definitive significant alterations that affect the social and functional well-being of the person. Hypoplasia of the jaws, facial asymmetry, malformations in the temporomandibular joint,anoftalmia,anotia or microtia, eye dermoid cysts and malformations in thespine are some of the characteristics of facial architecture andindividual’s body. This study reported an 11-year-old male boydiagnosed with Goldenhar Syndrome, with multiple congenitalalterations, from parents with no history. The aim of this case isto describe the clinical and radiographic dental characteristicsof a patient with Goldenhar Syndrome.
