CIUs interact under interpersonal structures and microsystems derived from different linked sectors. For its part, the ecology of human development (EDH siglas en espanol), proposes the conception of the ecological environment as a set of structures at different levels, where each contains the other. This article aims to show the capacity of system formation depending on the existence of its social, participatory and communicative interconnections. Through a quantitative methodology, a Likert scale questionnaire was applied to 18 CIU. The main contribution is the identification of characteristics and the development of strategic objectives of the CIU based on the EDH.Item type: Item , Centros de investigación universitarios: Una orientación hacia la ecología del desarrollo humano Resumen(University of the Andes, 2019) María Susana Rojas Rivas; Marling Coromoto Rojas RivasThe University Research Centers and the ecology of human development, generate knowledge and contribution of solutions to academic and social problems, motivated by the various problems, generating the need to be studied. This research aims to highlight the characteristics of the Research Centers of the Universidad de Los Andes, through a low methodology with a quantitative approach, non-experimental field design, descriptive scope and a census and directed sample. Applying a Likert scale questionnaire, to Directors of 18 Centers. The contribution: the identification of the main characteristics of the Research Centers and the interaction with the ecology of human development. Final reflections: knowing these characteristics allows us to visualize the development of strategic objectives, strengthening their capacity to provide an intellectual contribution to the Universities from their own essence. Microfinance Complexity: a proposal for the development of disadvantaged strata in Latin America Microfinance represents an alternative within global development policies, managing resources for organizations, families and individuals.
