    Se efectuará un análisis de la sentencia emitida por la Sala Especializada de lo Laboral de la Corte Nacional de Justicia por el recurso de casación interpuesto por la señora Norma Janeth Burgos Cabrera, fundamentando su recurso en la causal tercera del art. 3 de la Ley de Casación, alegando la debida falta de valoración de las pruebas documentales en la sentencia dictada por los Jueces de la Segunda Sala de lo Laboral, Niñez y Adolescencia de la Corte Provincial de Justicia del Guayas, lo que habría traído consigo el fallo desconociendo la existencia de relación de dependencia entre la actora y la compañía Reyventas S.A. This analysis is about the judgment of the Labor Chamber of the National Court of Justice in the cassation appeal brought by Norma Janeth Burgos Cabrera. The petitioner based its claim on the third ground for cassation appeal (article 3 of the Cassation Appeal Law), claiming the lack of the evaluation of documentary evidence in the judgment of the Appeal Court of Guayas Province (Labor and Juvenile Chamber). This judgment might have ignored the existence of the labor relationship between the petitioner and Reyventas Inc.
