Estudio de la conceptualización del hombre desde la perspectiva de las teorías organizacionales

The main intention of this article is to make a theoretical analysis of the concept of the man concept from the organizations perspective. For such aim, the conceptions studied that have been had of the man, from the theory of the human relations, to arriving at the approach postmodern, where Integra the ontology of the language. Development a documentary investigation through a hermeneutic test that allowed to conclude the necessity to conceive to the man in the next decades like a transforming actor of the reality, yet a set of linguistic capacities that allow him to interpret it, to include/understand it and to modify it, to act like responsible and competent subjects in different situations and contexts; well prepared intelligent individuals and, with critical and dialogic thought that must know how to adapt to the new organizations realities.
La gerencia de la investigación en las universidades

A traves de una revision documental, el articulo aborda el constructo Gerencia de Investigacion. Se reflexiona sobre las universidades como ejes centrales del desarrollo de las investigaciones que en ellas se tutelan, permitiendo esta actividad enlazar las demandas sociales y su potencial en cuanto a la generacion de conocimiento. A la par, examina la atencion que requiere la relacion entre la definicion de areas tematicas y el Sistema Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnologia e Innovacion, en pro de articular, vincular e integrar los esfuerzos conducidos por los organos promotores del desarrollo e investigacion cientifica, las unidades promotoras y las unidades de investigacion universitarias. En este sentido, la investigacion presta especial atencion al papel en materia de lineamientos y exigencias de los programas de apoyo a la investigacion en diversas Universidades autonomas venezolanas
Las cooperativas agrícolas y sus sistemas de costos de producción

Among the processes of change proposed in the current Venezuelan society have gained an important role civil society organizations guided by the social economy by providing greater support to cooperatives from the entry into force of the Constitution of 1999. Such organizations have been opportunities for participation in the cooperative association founded, selfmanagement and the principles of solidarity, supported by a reorientation of public policies in the area, creating greater opportunities and strategies for action to address the markets. But to his knowledge in the technical, deserves the attention his situation in relation to cost systems, in order to promote optimal performance. As such, this research was to study the characteristics of production systems and the costs of agricultural cooperatives, located in Urdaneta Municipality, Trujillo State - Venezuela. The prevalence of craft production, without a specifi c management systems costs and inadequate location of the components of production costs, which results in that there is an unreal information on the structure of production costs of the items they harvest and sell. The fi ndings reveal a lack in technical knowledge and administrative control of their production costs
