With a quantitative approach, descriptive type, its field design –not experimental, had as population 52 teachers of the subjects: research methodology, techniques of studies and degree work in different faculties of the ULA, the sample was 37 professors. For the data collection it handled the technique of survey and as a tool a questionnaire constituted for 28 items with Likert scale. From a quantitative approach, descriptive type, field design - not experimental, population 52 teachers of the subjects: research methodology, study techniques and undergraduate work, context of the research was framed in different Faculties of the Universities of Los Andes - Venezuela, the sample 37 teachers. To collect the data, was used survey techniques, and a questionnaire consisting of 28 items with Likert scale was used as instrument. Among the results: the didactic action was shown to have weaknesses in procedural investigative skills and its transfer to the students’ knowledge from the pedagogical, epistemological and communicative levels.Item type: Item , Reflexiones de la experiencia docente como aprendizaje(2020) Narbelina Fontanilla LucenaExperience itself is the best way to learn, otherwise, not it would be our learning, if not, that other people have developed who they lived similar experiences, therefore, open stories were analyzed where former primary school students expressed concerns, obstacles, and experiences in the course of their university careers and after having obtained the degree. The conclusions: the stories allow us to communicate who we are, what we do, how we feel and why we should continue certain course of action, the teacher since fulfilling the functions of researcher to be in constant process of teaching update, a emotionally i classroom climate intelligent educator and a favorable are essential factors to be able to learn and teach.
