    El capital social: Herramienta fundamental de las políticas públicas para el desarrollo de las comunidades

    This article must like objective examine, from the point of view of the share capital, the debate on the strategies of the fight against the poverty in Latin America, considering the conception integral of development, that extends the idea that to the economic policy it corresponds the economic growth and to the social policies, the distribution. It stands out, the paradigm of the share capital in the formulation of the public policies as a connection between the different actors from the society. Initially, the Latin American reality from the situation of the poverty and the inequality is approached, which would have confronted from the public policies. Part of the hypothesis that “the little level of structuring of the share capital in the local scope reduces to the viability and feasibility of the implementation of public policies for the development”. Maintaining that, for its viability, is going away to require of efficient institutions and a system of support and participation of all the actors since the high levels of share capital will allow to establish the conditions for a greater integration and cooperation

    Estudio de la conceptualización del hombre desde la perspectiva de las teorías organizacionales

    The main intention of this article is to make a theoretical analysis of the concept of the man concept from the organizations perspective. For such aim, the conceptions studied that have been had of the man, from the theory of the human relations, to arriving at the approach postmodern, where Integra the ontology of the language. Development a documentary investigation through a hermeneutic test that allowed to conclude the necessity to conceive to the man in the next decades like a transforming actor of the reality, yet a set of linguistic capacities that allow him to interpret it, to include/understand it and to modify it, to act like responsible and competent subjects in different situations and contexts; well prepared intelligent individuals and, with critical and dialogic thought that must know how to adapt to the new organizations realities.

    Ética y economía ¿hacia una globalización más justa?

    Este articulo tiene como objetivo examinar, desde la reflexion etica, las relaciones entre Estado y el mercado, en el discurso neoliberal. Se analizan algunos de los principios teoricos del neoliberalismo, particularmente el principio de igualdad de oportunidades. Se sostiene la tesis que el neoliberalismo, como regimen social y politico, genera un vacio en la politica y la democracia de significaciones sustantivas, al condenar la voluntad social de cambio en beneficio del mercado. Desde el contexto de la globalizacion, se cuestiona la validez de los mecanismos del mercado en lo que se refiere a la regulacion de la economia o la sociedad, mostrando tales tesis, como parte de la ofensiva de los duenos del capital contra todo el orden socia
