The objective of the research is to propose work alternatives to train the main actors involved with the management of violence in the sports field. Violence is a phenomenon present in different spheres of social life, including sport. In Physical Culture its study has not been prioritized, and there are few research references. The work constitutes a preliminary study of the vision of violence in athletes, coaches, students and teachers of Physical Culture. It was carried out with the objective of exploring their perception of violence in sport, and identifying strengths and weaknesses in athletes, sports coaches, students and teachers. In addition to proposing work alternatives with the actors involved. Methods such as analysis and synthesis were used; An interview was applied to 47 professors of the faculty, selected intentionally, for convenience. A survey was conducted of first-year students of the degree, and in-depth interviews with 32 teachers and sports coaches. In addition, workshops were held as an initial diagnosis. The existence of motivation and willingness to approach work and the recognition of its importance in the formation of values are declared as strengths. Different alternatives are suggested to give continuity to the investigation from the substantive processes.
