    Conciencia ética y libertad

    Nos proponemos considerar la conciencia etica bajo tres aspectos. 1. Teniendo encuenta que siempre esta en crisis la estimacion de los valores eticos y morales, presentaralgunas ideas clarificadoras acerca de la conciencia etica. 2. Mostrar que esta es un hechooperante en la interioridad del ser humano, aunque no siempre, infortunadamente, se lepreste la debida atencion. 2. Observar como los valores etico-morales se amortiguan enla conciencia debido a las actitudes subjetivistas. 3. Educar la conciencia etica segun elpostulado kantiano de la razon practica en orden al recto uso de la libertad. Ethical consciousness and liberty Abstract We will consider the ethic consciousness under three points: 1.Since is always in crisisthe estimate of moral and ethical values, man must clarify some ideas about the ethicalconsciousness. 2. So we will intent to manifest that the ethical consciousness is a real factoperating in our human interiority, even we do not always –unfortunately- pay enoughattention to it. 3. The education of ethical consciousness is possible, having as a guidethe Kantian categorical imperative, with a special regard to the due use of human liberty.

    En esta corta exposicion resumo los principales aspectos de la herencia intelectual del medioevo, en ciencia, literatura y arte. Son rebatidas las opiniones negativas sobre el oscurantismo, barbarie y baja latinidad de la Edad Media. Se pondera la importancia de los filosofos y teologos medievales en vistas a la creacion del lenguaje cientifico. Finalmente, escojo como muestras algunos fragmentos de poesia medieval sagrada y profana, acompanados de breves comentarios. Middle ages heritage Abstract In this briev explanation I summarize the most remarkable points of the Middle Ages, regarding to science, art and litterature. Negative opinions about supposed medieval obscurantism, barbarity and low latin, are refuted. Medieval philosophers and theologians are considered in their important role with regard to developmentof of the scientific language. Finally, and by way of example, I have chosen some extracts from medieval poems, with a short comment about them.
