Item type: Item , Actas del V Congreso de Investigación Desarrollo e Innovación de la Universidad Internacional de Ciencia y Tecnología(2021) Jaime Estrella Engelmann; Jaime Estrella; Javier Snchez-Galan; Javier Sanchez-Galan -Google; Acadmico; Nelson Jess; Urbaneja Hernndez; Gustavo Adolfo; Quintero Barreto; Saneth BatistaThe EXSUSA Group brings together four major private universities in Panama, decided the temporary closure by the measure of MINSA.This decision separates the teacher from the face-to-face classroom and places him in the virtual classroom, for this reason he had to accelerate his digital skills to teach virtual classes on the Moodle platform and align himself with the demands of transformation of the standard class teaching model.The objective of this research is to evaluate the acceleration of digital skills of the teacher to teach virtual classes in Universities of the EXSUSA Group.The research is quantitative, descriptive ex post facto, of non-experimental field design.The sample is probabilistic, consisting of 480 teachers and the digital survey technique was used.The results indicate that teachers consider their digital skills excellent and good to teach in the Moodle virtual classroom.It is concluded that there was an acceleration of the teacher's digital skills of 9.3% and according to the Actas del V Congreso Investigación, Desarrollo e Innovación Guttman scale it places it with a coefficient of 1, evaluating it as excellent for teaching virtual classes.
