    Para la realización de la presente monografía se tuvo que identificar problemas de aplicabilidad del Código Procesal Civil en vigencia anticipada respecto a los actos de comunicación procesal en fecha 19 de noviembre de 2013 y en vigencia plena a partir del 10 de febrero de 2016, es así que se identificó la no aplicación del Art. 83 del Código Procesal Civil en su parágrafo II, siendo el tema de investigación abordado la "Aplicación de mecanismos alternativos en las notificaciones mediante medios electrónicos en la ciudad de Sucre" | In order to carry out this monograph, it was necessary to identify problems of applicability of the Code of Civil Procedure in advance with respect to acts of procedural communication on November 19, 2013 and in full force as of February 10, 2016. Thus, the non-application of Article 83 of the Code of Civil Procedure was identified in paragraph II, the subject of investigation being the "Application of alternative mechanisms in notifications by electronic means in the city of Sucre". | Capítulo 1.
