    A tiempo de cumplir con su función dirimidora de controversias, la Autoridad General de Impugnación Tributaria ha emitido, hasta el primer trimestre de año 2011, más de 3000 Resoluciones Jerárquicas. Dichas resoluciones eran conservadas cronológicamente y a fines estadísticos, respetando el tipo de decisión asumida, sea revocatoria, confirmatoria o anulatoria, en pocas palabras sin establecer criterios diferenciadores que den cuenta de la problemática resuelta en cada una de ellas, de forma que en lo sucesivo pudiesen ser invocadas o consultadas de forma rápida y sencilla | In time to fulfill its dispute settlement function, the General Tax Appeals Authority has issued, up to the first quarter of 2011, more than 3000 Hierarchical Resolutions.
