    En el presente trabajo, se hará una breve referencia a la evolución histórica del control de constitucionalidad en Bolivia, así como a los principales antecedentes de la creación del primer tribunal constitucional en el país, para luego examinar la configuración actual del sistema de control de constitucionalidad a partir de la Constitución aprobada en el año 2009, hasta su más reciente manifestación jurisprudencial como un modelo de control plural de constitucionalidad. | In this paper, a brief reference to the historical evolution of the control of constitutionality in Bolivia, as well as the main background of the creation of the first Constitutional Court in the country, will be to then examine the year 2009, the current configuration of the system’s constitutionality from the approved Constitution until its most recent jurisprudential manifestation, as a model of plural control of constitutionality.
