Abstract
This discourse poses a critique from the theory of communicative structure, the modern paradigm of university education. Its methodology is inductive and analyzes the communicational processes between research and pedagogy from a policy angle of specifi c relations of inter-subjective level and structural level communication. The analysis has origins in the explanation of the evolution of the modern paradigm of University and submitted to the consequences of their institutional structuring processes have generated in pedagogical communication and scientifi c research. Thus, emphasis on the effects of specialization on the internal and external communication of the University, assuming that the two components of the relationship of cause and effect represent two basic concepts on which constitutes the modern paradigm of the University
