El sistema electoral para la elección de los magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional

Abstract

The present investigation is the current electoral system for the election of judges of the Plurinational Constitutional Court. The general objective is to analyze, based on democratic criteria, the projections of the constitutional jurisdiction, resulting from the electoral system developed for the election of its members. For this process, according to the application of the legal dogmatic method, institutions and elements specific to democracy and constitutional jurisdiction are analyzed, later constitutional jurisdiction in Bolivia, emphasizing the electoral system developed for the election of their members. An analysis of comparative legislation is also carried out, with regard to electoral systems
