At present, the design of applications useful, usable and pleasing to users is one of the great challenges of Software Engineering and Human Computer Interaction, and leads to great benefits such as increased productivity, satisfaction and reducing training costs and software support(Acosta, 2011).In this paper, we propose the design of a Mobile Interface for Vehicular Traffic Reports, using the Agile Method of Software Development “AgilUs” developed by the Center for Software Engineering and Systems (ISYS), School of Computer Science, Central University of Venezuela (UCV), characterized by two essential principles: agility and usability, and incorporating users during all stages of the software lifecycle. We apply a survey to a sample of 54 users to identify and determine their preferences regarding the features of mobile interface design, and in view of the results of it, we achieve develop an application based on the attributes or main qualities of usability: Easy to use (efficiency), easy to learn (learning), memorable (memorization), meet basic needs (satisfaction) and fault tolerant (prevention and tolerance).
