Abstract

The automated administrative action is defined based on the analysis of the current regulation. The different manifestations of the automation of the Public Administration are examined and, in particular, the impact that the use of artificial intelligence can have. Subsequently, the impact that the automation of public administrations can have on the protection of personal data is exposed. Finally, some reflections on the incidence of the automation of administrative action in public employment.
