dc.description.abstractIn this paper we will talk about the strategies to improve communication and knowledge management in different educational environments, in order to stimulate the development and growth of the institutions and its members. All this in an atmosphere of shared knowledge, using the organizational knowledge with which the members of the organization count, framed in relationships whose only objective is to achieve the goals of the intelligent organization with quality and effectively, so that the entire school staff can use the communication channels in order to rebuild new school behavior standards that aloud manage the knowledge, orientated by transformational leaders with vision, inspired by the must be of a quality education for all.
