They fuse inside oneself thought outline, three models that it has more than enough the handling of organizations, were given to know in the first decades of the XX century; you begins with Federick Taylor’s average scientific administration, showing their foundations and the attacks that it deserved; followed, the current of Scientific Administration is analyzed in Europe (model school organicista of Henry Farol), pointing out what you/they turned out to be diatribes of this current.
