Abstract

The clinic with psychotic people, seen under the Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan´s reading perspectives and reviewed from those particularities and one insertion in the politic-institutional device and in the speech of Mental Health, is the conduction wire of this work.The revaluation of the space of and for the clinic in the Mental Health, in the institutions e with the agents in charge for the conduction of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform process, its biggest target.Some conceptual references allowed to discern this course: normativity, the paradigm-ideology-legitimization scientific relation, the freudian psycho device and the lacanian theory about psychosis are the main ones.The discussion about them is made in a specific chapter, but those theoretical elements permeate the entire thesis.During this course, two "meetings" were needed and preceded the discussion itself about the clinic question.They were the meetings with the psychiatry and psychiatric reform speeches.To be able to say about both "meetings", there was the necessity of choosing a reading and a psychiatry piece before the extension and complexity of these knowledge and actions, not propitious to a unifier approach.Without these pieces this work (which nor aims an epistemological comments neither a historical putting) wouldn't be possible.Thus, taking the risk of partisan of a focus, by a side, and of the superficiality, by another, the announced target of "give the clinic its speech" was maintained.About "the" psychiatry, the chosen reading tried exploit the dependency psychiatry/medicine relation and its implications on intellectual operations at stake in the exercise of psychiatric clinic.About "the" Psychiatric Reform, the Basaglia´s text questions and others about the reserved place for the clinic, what means, for
