El proceso político Venezolano 1999-2013: formulación y reformulación de un proyecto de transformación social

Abstract

During his first governmental period (1999-2006), Hugo Chavez implemented a political, economic and social transformation project. That project put social objectives over political and economic ones. During Chavez’s second term in offi ce (2007-2013), the project kept its social goals preferences, but was raised again in order to reach a new social, economic and political order called twenty-fi rst century socialism.
