Efecto de la incorporación del biofertilizante Azotofos en el potencial biológico de dos sustratos

Abstract

Evaluated the effect of the incorporation of Azotofos (nitrogen-fi xing bacteria (Azotobacter spp.) and phosphorus solubilizadoras (Bacillus megaterium)) on the biological potential of two substrates used for the production of citrus fruits in nurseries through the determination of basal respiration and microbial biomass. Be  established two bioassays that consisted of eight treatments and four replicas each one, distributed under a model statistical completely randomized. Each substrate was inoculated with Azotofos at concentrations of 1, 10, 15, 20 and 30%,  compared with two witnesses (one with chemical fertilization and other single substrate) as well as a target for  calibration; in the treatments with biofertilizer only is applied 1/3 of the nitrogen and of the phosphorus that is  used for citrus in nursery. The results showed that increasing concentrations of Azotofos microbial activity increases  proportionally (P = 0.05); with the concentration of 30% always is obtained the higher value of activity biological in  both substrates with differences on the rest of the treatments. Also, noted that substrate 2 always had the substrate 1 increased biological activity due to their higher content of nutrients and organic  matter (energy supply), particularly aspects these, related to the increase in biological activity. The results evident that when is incorporate microorganisms to the half and manage to establish is,  increases the potential biological as consequence of a greater population and them processes metabolic  own of them microorganisms in the compliance of their functions in the soil.
