It examines leadership's role in fostering inclusivity, the relationship between inclusion, exclusion, and stakeholder value, and the processes that drive long-term success. The discussion integrates ESG and SDG principles, highlighting challenges in defining inclusion and exclusion within organizations. The chapter argues for a transformative leadership approach that rethinks strategy, structure, and workforce dynamics. It calls for a two-dimensional perspective on inclusion/exclusion and urges further research into balancing these dynamics for sustainable value creation.
