And with this research, a prioritization tool has been developed in public projects, which will allow prioritizing components of the investment portfolio, which are programmed in the Annual Operating Program and Budget of each management for their respective execution. This is a study with a quantitative approach, of the descriptive type, in which a non-experimental, transectional design was used. The study variable was the application of a prioritization model for public investment projects with a multi-criteria approach, as an alternative solution to the problem, which serves as support for adequate decision making, contributing to the increase in the percentage of execution of investments. The population was made up of theMunicipalities of Bolivia, from which the Municipality of Achocalla was taken as a sample. The instrument used was: record table, classification of categories and data analysis. The results showed that the model prioritizes 11 projects by hierarchy, based on the aggregation of the criteria: environmental, economic, social, financial and technical, of which the first five projects stand out: construction, systems; micro irrigation, sewage and drinking water.enPolitical scienceGeographyEvaluación multicriterio para la priorización de asignación de recursos económicos en proyectos públicos.
