We present our PLC-R using a modified LaPrade technique. In our technique, a single continuous graft is used for all fixation points with the addition of an anterolateral ligament reconstruction and suture tape for anterolateral capsule reinforcement. In this technical note, tips for successful PLC-R are described in detail using this single continuous looped construct.enMedicineFibrous jointFixation (population genetics)SurgeryLigamentTips for Successful Posterolateral Corner Reconstruction Using a Single Looped Constructarticle
