Para desarrollar la temática, se propone dividir este trabajo en dos ejes de reflexión: el primero, visibilizará en el contexto histórico las diferentes formas de relacionamiento que conformaron el bloque que llevó al país a la decolonialidad; en el segundo, se reflexionará sobre el contexto de transformación y construcción que se vislumbra en el nuevo Estado boliviano. Ambos, intentan describir acciones, discursos y sentidos en una interculturalidad que se construye en el proceso de cambio que vive Bolivia.The paper outlines a historical look at the construction of a decolonizing contingency that provokes the refounding of the country constructed from a new horizon that unites decolonizing struggles with class struggles, conjoining anticolonial and anti-imperialist struggle. To develop the theme it is proposed to divide this work in two lines of thought: the first, visible in the historical context of different forms of relationships that form the bloc that took the country to decoloniality, in the second, to reflect on the context of processing and construction that is emerging in the new Bolivian State.
