Se requiere una agenda que densifique eslabonamientos, desmonte barreras, disminuya costos de transacción, promueva aprendizaje e innovación, atienda oportunidades del mercado y desarrolle entornos favorables al emprendimiento.Bolivia could have recorded higher growth rates in the last 20 years due to the significant increase in national savings in comparison to investment. Why did this growth not take place? The reasons are low investment, stagnant productivity, diversification in retreat and the preponderance of the extractive industries.
