The strategy’s goal is to make healthy and sustainably sourced food affordable, accessible, attractive and culturally appropriate for all the residents in Budapest. The strategy is a multi-year process, one step of which was a visioning workshop held in November 2023. Professionals from different areas of the food system came together to think about what Budapest's food environment should look like in 2050. Here is a short summary in Hungarian of the findings of this workshop, during which we discussed five different types of food environments.huSustainabilitySustainabilityPolitical sciencePolitical scienceSociologySociologySustainable developmentSustainable developmentFood systemsFood systemsMilyen legyen Budapest élelmiszer-rendszere 2050-ben?other
