The\nangiographic appearance resembles "cigarette's smoke" which means in Japanese "moyamoya". We report the case of a 28\nyears old female who presented headache and focal seizures since 5 years old and a high-risk twin pregnancy at 16 years\nold, that required cesarean section; panangiography reveals a similar picture of "cigarette's smoke" consistent with\nMoyamoya disease.enMedicineMoyamoya diseaseInternal carotid arteryStenosisOcclusionEnfermedad de Moyamoya y embarazo gemelar.
