El objetivo analizar la participación de la familia en el cuidado del paciente crítico desde la revisión sistemática. Se orientó en el enfoque cualitativo, el paradigma interpretativo y el método fue descriptivo-hermenéutico, documental y bibliográfico. Utilizando todo material escrito relacionado con el tema de investigación. La muestra son los documentos alusivos al tema material particulado y humedad de suelo tanto nacional como internacional. El diseño fue documental, es un método eficiente y de bajo costo, pero requiere un proceso riguroso de selección, análisis y síntesis de la información. Se realizó la búsqueda en base de datos como SCOPUS, Web of Science (WOS) y Scielo, entre otras. Se tuvo como resultado que, de un total de 767 artículos encontrados, 747 fueron depurados para eliminar duplicados o irrelevantes, resultando en 20 artículos incluidos. Scopus contribuyó con 19 artículos incluidos de 229 encontrados, mientras que Web of Science (WOS) aportó solo 1 artículo incluido de 497 encontrados, y Scielo no proporcionó artículos incluidos. Se concluye que, la participación de la familia en el cuidado del paciente crítico es fundamental, ya que contribuye significativamente a la recuperación y bienestar del paciente. Diversos estudios resaltan la efectividad de estrategias como la comunicación activa entre enfermeras y familiares y la implementación de programas estructurados que promueven la participación familiar en el cuidado diario.Family participation in the care of critically ill patients is a fundamental aspect that has gained attention in the health field. It was guided by the qualitative approach, the interpretive paradigm and the method was descriptive-hermeneutical, documentary and bibliographic. Using all written material related to the research topic. The sample is the documents alluding to the topic of particulate matter and soil humidity, both national and international. The design was documentary, it is an efficient and low-cost method, but it requires a rigorous process of selection, analysis and synthesis of information. The search was carried out in databases such as SCOPUS, Web of Science (WOS) and Scielo, among others.
