The analytical data were approached from following kinetics models: First-order kinetic model, Pseudosecond order kinetic model, Elovich kinetic model, intraparticle model, Bangham model and liquid films diffusion model. The Second-order kinetic model was shown to be the best fit for the description of uranyl adsorption.
