Esos rasgos muestran un nuevo tipo de organización emergente, que es abierta y modular, que sostiene la acción colectiva, mostrando la potencia de la naciente participación individual vía redes en nuestro país.On the basis of a comparative analysis of nine network movements which use the Internet as a central means of coordination and have emerged after the foundation of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, we identify common organizational characteristics in their structure, format and functions.
