The paper explores how teacher and course characteristics affect evaluation results. Grades obtained by students directly and positively affect teacher evaluations. Class size negatively affects the results of the evaluations. Finally whether teachers are full or part-time as well as years of experience of teachers have a negligible impact on evaluations.enHumanitiesPolitical scienceDeterminantes de los resultados de las evaluaciones de profesores: el caso de la Universidad de los Andesarticle
