En el encuentro, también, se analizó la existencia de un Estado multinacional, la redistribución del poder territorial y político, las bases de una economía andino-amazónica, nuevos mestizajes, entre otros importantes temas.Shortly after the inauguration of the Constitutional Assembly, and with the aim of contributing to the debate, the Vice-President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Álvaro García Linera, together with researchers, political analysts and an indigenous leader, participated in a dialogue on indigenous rights and departmental autonomies.
