Callisaya Montoya, Oscar2026-03-222026-03-222018https://andeanlibrary.org/handle/123456789/17843trabajo de investigación, está dirigida a los trabajos de auditoría externa a Entidades gubernamentales de Bolivia, realizada por las Firmas privadas de auditoría y Profesionales independientes (por los auditores de cuentas ejercientes a título individual y sociedades de auditoría), en cuanto a la necesidad de contar con un sistema de registro de información respecto a los trabajos señalados, te tal manera que permita diagnosticar los resultados de estas, las observaciones establecidas, contar con información íntegra, útil, oportuna y confiable para la toma de decisiones gubernamentales, en cuanto al uso adecuado de los recursos públicos interno como externos. Para alcanzar estos objetivos se ha considerado investigar, de acuerdo a la naturaleza, la tipología Analítica y Deductiva. Asimismo, se hace mención a la normativa del Gobierno de España, en la que se encuentra regulado estas actividades como un proceso de control. Por lo que se propone, en función a la normativa local, un “Sistema de Registro para los Informes de Auditoría Externa elaborados por Firmas Privadas y Profesionales Independientes”. ABSTRACT This research work is aimed at the external audit work of Bolivian government entities, carried out by the private audit firms and independent professionals (by the auditors of individual accounts and audit firms), regarding the need to have a system for recording information regarding the indicated works, so as to diagnose the results of these, the established observations, to have complete, useful, timely and reliable information for the taking of governmental decisions, regarding the adequate use of internal and external public resources. To achieve these objectives, it has been considered to investigate, according to nature, the Analytical and Deductive typology. Likewise, mention is made of the regulations of the Government of Spain, in which these activities are regulated as a control process.
