The analysis is based on Bauman’s Theory of Liquid Modernity. In this sense, the preponderance of technology and its speed to the point of modifying the relationships between individuals are highlighted in the final reflections, giving rise to new economic and labor realities, therefore, organizations, to subsist, must adapt irremediably to the speed of technology; their identity, like their history, must go hand in hand with the demands of the same environment in which they are developed.esIdentity (music)SociologyModernityWork (physics)Order (exchange)Organizational identityManagementPolitical scienceHumanitiesPublic relationsIdentidad organizativa y virtualización laboral.
